Privacy & Cookies Policy

Here you will find what data we process when you visit the website or contact us, and what your rights are.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Data Controller

The controller of the personal data relating to this website is the company Alpha Ετικέτες ΕΕ.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website does not use cookies. It installs nothing on your device for statistics, advertising or tracking, uses no traffic analytics tools and loads no third-party content (fonts are hosted on the website itself).

Because there are no cookies that require your consent, no cookie acceptance window is shown. Only a short notice appears, which you can close. So that it does not appear again, we store a single flag on your device (in your browser's local storage) indicating that you closed it. Likewise, if you choose a language with the language switch (EL / EN), your choice is stored as a single value ("el" or "en") so that the site opens in your language next time. On your first visit, your browser's language is checked on your device only (it is not stored or sent anywhere) so that visitors who do not use Greek are taken to the English version. These values contain no personal data, and you can delete them from your browser settings.

If in the future we add cookies or analytics tools, we will first ask for your consent and update this page.

3. What Data We Process and Why

The website has no forms and does not collect information through it. We process data only in the following cases:

  • Server log files. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical information (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). The purpose is the security and smooth operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The retention period of these files is determined by the hosting provider.
  • Contacting us. When you call us or send us an email (e.g. for a quote or a sample pack), we process the information you give us (name, contact details, content of the message) in order to respond to your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is kept as long as needed for the request and for our legal obligations, and is then deleted.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

4. Third Parties and Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which acts as a processor on our behalf (server log files). Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR apply.

The website contains links to Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not embed their applications in our pages; only if you choose to open the links will the privacy policies of the respective services apply.

5. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • access and rectify your data,
  • erase it or restrict its processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it.

To exercise your rights, send us an email at info@alpha-labels.gr. We will reply within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

6. Security

Your connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and the website applies the usual security measures for websites. There is no user area and no database of visitors.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this page, for example if the services we use or the legislation change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
